I hope that for most of you 2011 was a year you are sad to see end. As for me, I will be the one holding the largest smile when the clock strikes midnight this coming Saturday. Most people are going into this year with angst and wonder if the world will still be here next year. . . no worries. . .I am sure it will be.
I see it as just a way for all of us to embrace change and really figure out what is important and what we love and enjoy. It is partly the catalyst behind me starting my own blog. I figured that there are many things in my life that I see and do that are so beautiful that I wanted to document and share.
I had a few dark things happen in 2011. By a few I mean about twelve too many. Instead of dwelling on these, I am looking to 2012 with hope that there is a light that shines deeper than the reflection of the giant crystal ball that drops as we count down. I hope you will all join me into the transition of what hopefully will be the best year yet. Let’s be honest, worst case scenario the world ends. . . let’s make each day a memory.
